Doula Services

Prenatal support provides expectant parents with guidance and assistance leading up to the birth. I offer a free introductory meeting to discuss your needs, followed by personalized birth plan development to ensure your preferences are met. Additionally, I provide education and labor practice sessions to help you feel confident and prepared for the birthing experience. The supportive approach aims to empower you every step of the way.

Sessions are $100 for 2 hours.

Postpartum support can be part of the Whole Care Package, or arranged separately from the Birth Support. Please see our Price of Services page for more information.
